In the Olive Forests of the Aegean Region, a beautiful natural process unfolds with the help of blackbirds, squirrels, sparrows, and other woodland companions. Olive trees, nurtured by this certain ecosystem, undergo natural multiplication. The wild saplings that sprout from olive seeds are known as "delice" type olives. Embracing a traditional grafting method in our region, we skillfully graft these deli type olives onto the Memecik genus, creating stronger and more productive olive trees.

By merging the deep roots, robust structure, and sturdy trunks of the "delice" trees with the distinctive and intense fruity aroma of the Memecik olive, an enthralling olive oil with a bounty of flavors is born. This fascinating blend produces an olive oil rich in content, thanks to the harmonious combination of these remarkable olive varieties. It is a testament to the artistry and expertise of those who cultivate these olive groves and ensure the continuation of this extraordinary natural cycle in the Aegean Olive Forests.

Our Organic Olive Oils

We take immense pride in offering a selection of exquisite organic olive oils, all derived from our esteemed MEMECİK olive variety, renowned for its exceptionally high polyphenol content.

Our olive groves span an impressive 2500 decares and are situated within the picturesque borders of Aydın province. These 2500 decares are meticulously maintained and organically certified ASIRLIK olive groves, ensuring that every step of the process, from cultivation to harvest, remains under our close supervision.

The majority of our Memecik olives are carefully handpicked during the early harvest period, when they exhibit a green or green-purple hue, exuding a remarkable aroma and boasting high polyphenol levels. From these exquisite harvests, we produce our VERY SPECIAL and STANDARD olive oil varieties, offering our discerning consumers an array of options tailored to their preferences, packaged with utmost care and attention.

For those who prefer olive oil with a milder taste, we also collect olives from mature harvests, delivering a product with less bitterness and burning sensation, yet retaining the essence of our organic olives.

Our Organic Table Oils

Our green organic Memecik olives are a labor of love, handpicked one by one, and transformed into crushed and scratched table green olives using completely natural methods. These olives not only entice with their delectable flavor but also offer healing properties, a true gift from nature.

As some of our organic olives mature and turn black, we harvest and prepare them in four distinct varieties of Black Tableware olives:

Our Olive Gardens

Within our olive groves, which boast approximately 25,000 organic certified, 250-year-old Memecik olive trees, we uphold the highest standards of agricultural practices. Regular tillage, pruning, fertilization, and precise spraying activities are carried out in accordance with meticulous soil analysis, ensuring the health and vitality of our olives.

Come October-November, we employ an early and automatic harvest process for all our trees. Once the olives are harvested, they are promptly rid of stems and leaves before undergoing a thorough and careful washing process. Within a maximum of 8 hours, we press these pristine olives, preserving their natural goodness and presenting you with the finest organic olive oil to relish and enjoy.
