Dry Fruits
Aegean Dried Fruits, with its professional team and determined attitude towards the institutionalization, processes dried figs and apricots in its modern plant of 10.000 sqm closed area. Our processing takes place in Nazilli and Malatya which are the dried fig center and apricot of regions. With a daily capacity of 8- 12 tons, our company can process large volumes of products without compromising on the quality. We are using the following ISO practices ISO 9001 - 2008, KOSHER, BRC FOOD and FDA quality certificated. Food safety and customer satisfaction takes a central roil, oriented, rapid, disciplined and honest mind.
We have a large assortment of dried fruits including figs and apricots. Our products can be commercially eaten or processed as jams, marmalade and other preserves on a small of larger scale. Aegean Dried Fruits are also used in manufactured foods (e.g., cakes, cookies, ice cream, muffins, or yogurt) or beverages, such as fruit juices (e.g., apple juice, grape juice, or orange juice) or alcoholic beverages (e.g., brandy, fruit beer, or wine). Furthermore, we also have a large selection of boxes for gift giving, e.g., in the form of a dried fruit Baskets and dried Fruit Bouquets.

Our experienced growers carefully choose the best figs, after which these go through a strict quality control. The processing and packing take place under strict hygienic environment in accordance with our quality and health certificates. Our figs are shipped off to several selected shops in domestic and external markets.

We collect dried apricots from our region of Malatya. Our experienced growers carefully choose the best apricots, after which these go through a strict quality control. The processing and packing take place under strict hygienic environment in accordance with our quality and health certificates. Our apricots are then shipped off to several selected shops in domestic and external markets. We offer two types of Apricots; Sulfur dried (orange) and Natural dried (brown).

CHOOSING THE RIGHT FRUIT FOR THE DRYING PROCESS
FUMIGATION
Figs are fumigated under the control of a food engineer at least 24 hours duration against the harmful pests. Fumigation assures the absence of insects and pests in figs and thus the become completely pest-free and remain healthy and fresh till reaching to the final consumer.
AFLATOXIN
Before the packing and arrangement process, figs contaminated by aflatoxin or risky in terms of aflatoxin are totally separated under UV lamps by our skilled and experienced staff specialized in aflatoxin. The remaining figs becomes aflatoxin - free and protected against fungi.
SIZING AND STORING
Figs are sieved and classified according to their sizes under supervision of our qualified and experienced staff. After sizing, the figs are stored in the warehouse meeting the hygienic and quality standards.
PROCESSING AND ARRANGING
Figs are carefully and aesthetically arranged by our skilled staff according to the different sizes, weights and packing types, such as Aegean Baby Alinda Fig, Amyzon Fig, Acharaka Fig. In accordance with the orders of our customers.
